Commission Terms of Service

  1. Commission requests must include a description of the desired end product and references as they are applicable. These can include: drawn images, prior commissions, photographs, screenshots, character reference sheets, Pinterest boards, color palettes or hex codes, and so on. If you would prefer my simplified style instead of my standard style, please let me know.

  2. A watermarked WIPs will be sent at each stage of the drawing process. I will require your approval at each stage and after each change before continuing my work to ensure that I am making a piece you like, so please respond accordingly.

  3. Payment for commissions will be done via PayPal invoice once the piece is completed; no refunds. Once the payment has cleared, the watermark on your piece will be removed.

  4. Once payment is received, you will be given a flattened .PSD of your piece, along with a full-size .jpg and .png for exclusively personal use. As is standard for all my art, my signature will be included.

  5. I reserve the right to keep a copy of your commission to put in my portfolio--though I am willing to credit any original characters to you and censor out or obscure identifying details if desired (for example, in a character x self work.) I will also request your permission to post your commission to social media with the same conditions--though you can object to its publication there if you so desire. Commissions featured in my portfolio or on social media will be visibly watermarked.

  6. I reserve the right to decline service to anyone for any reason. Abusive behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled.

Privacy Policy

I will never sell, give out, or otherwise wrongfully distribute your contact information. Additionally, any information sent between a user of this site and I will be kept voluntarily confidential.

Should information be shared in its full uncensored glory, it will be if I suspect you might cause harm to yourself, others, or if I suspect something illicit is going on (abuses of children, elderly, or the disabled, for example.) I will also turn over any relevant information should law enforcement ask me to.

Copyright Information

Reposts (or edits not sufficiently created under fair-use law) of my work without my permission will be met with polite requests to have it taken down. If this is not resolved within an agreed upon time period (no longer than three days) I will be taking action–-legal or otherwise–-against the parties in question. Reposts of my work even if granted full permission without proper attribution will be met with the same attitude. You are taking money from my pockets and are clearly violating fair use laws. Don’t force me to put watermarks over my work. I would rather not.
